NO 11 Roasted Raw Chicken
This dish comes from Jiangsu Province. It has a long history. The food method in the video is to wrap the chicken in the soil and roast it. But now most places and restaurants will pluck the chicken feathers, then wrap the chicken in the lotus leaf, and then bake the chicken with the soil wrapped in the lotus leaf, so that the chicken is tender and juicy. This is what I think is the most terrifying dish. This also Guangdong’s dish. I think this dish is very cruel.Few people eat it. It also has a name called sanzhi’er.
